These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ROSHU (RevOps Shop HubSpot Utility) ("ROSHU" or the "App"), provided by RevOps Shop, Inc. ("RevOps Shop", "we", "us", or "our"). By using ROSHU, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 To be eligible to use ROSHU, you must have an ongoing services agreement with RevOps Shop. Exceptions may be made for users with a contract in review or a pending deal.
2.2 We identify “users” via the HubSpot Portal ID in which the App is installed. Individual user accounts for each employee are not necessary.
2.3 You must treat the ROSHU install link as confidential information; it should only be shared with the employee(s) at your organization who have full authorization to install apps in your HubSpot portal.
3.1 You agree to use ROSHU only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 You will not share any data generated by ROSHU with anyone besides other employees of your company or essential business relationships (e.g., contractors, outsourced HubSpot administrators, etc.).
3.3 You acknowledge that data collected from your HubSpot portal by ROSHU may be used internally by RevOps Shop for ongoing improvements of our system, but will never be sold to or shared with our other clients or prospects.
4.1 RevOps Shop retains all right, title, and interest in and to ROSHU, including all related intellectual property rights.
4.2 You retain all rights to your data that you input into or is accessed by ROSHU from your HubSpot portal.
5.1 ROSHU is included with a services contract with RevOps Shop, at no additional cost, at RevOps Shop's discretion.
5.2 There is no refund policy for ROSHU as it is provided as part of our services agreement.
