ROSHU Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RevOps Shop, Inc. (“RevOps Shop”, "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles data through our ROSHU (RevOps Shop HubSpot Utility) application ("ROSHU" or the "App"). ROSHU is a privately distributed app designed for use by our clients in conjunction with their HubSpot portals.

2. Data Collection and Usage

ROSHU does not collect personal data directly from users. Instead, it accesses and processes data from your HubSpot portal using HubSpot APIs. We only request and process data that is relevant to the specific functions being performed by the App.

2.1 Types of Data Accessed

The App may access various types of data from your HubSpot portal, including but not limited to:

• Contact, Deal, and Company records
• Contact, Deal, and Company object schemas
• Pipelines
• Lists

2.2 Purpose of Data Access and Processing

ROSHU accesses and processes your HubSpot data for the following purposes:

• Enriching your records with additional data points
• Syncing your blocklists with external systems
• Integrating and syncing data from external systems into your HubSpot portal
• Other utility-oriented and additional functions as provided by the App
